Hey guys, recently I've been eating like shit and gained bodyfat, I'm 20% bodyfat (very skinnyfat rn) 73kg
I've started hitting the gym.
Any advice on how to eat healthy?
I got told I lost a lot of WEIGHT but its mostly muscle so can you recommend how many meals per day? Any carbs before training? Anything else?? Just general advice please? Goal is to get muscle and weight while lose bodyfat
