Help me lose weight/cheek fat

Hello everybody im a young guy and im trying to lose weight but i just cant iv always had chubby cheeks even when i was young and skinny is there a way to lose weight fast and lose chubby cheeks?? im still in puberty if that helps

after puberty there will be less fat in your cheeks
you can go to the gym to speed it up

Hey man the real way to fix this is intermittent fasting, make sure to be in a caloric deficit of 300 calories daily and its CRITICAL to take 1g of protein per ib of bodyweight, and take a 24-36 hours fast twice a week. This will reduce your bf% which will in turn hollow out your cheeks as you drop buccal fat. This is what worked for me and im still in puberty as well but getting to sub 8 percent bodyfat really solved these issues. I weighed 220 a while ago and I can easily lose 2-4 pounds a week in this cycle. If you want to lose weight asap but don't care about looks just do two 48 hour fasts weekly and be in a 500 caloric deficit for the rest of the days but you WILL lose muscle mass making you skinny fat looking. I am speaking all from experience here good luck

Yes, fasting is your best friend here, let me explain a little more about that to you. Basically first your body burns carbs, sugars, and other glycogens that were already available from your food and once all of those are burned your body enters a state of ketosis where instead if burns fat for energy, this is only possible if you aren't eating during a fast. Fasting is superior to a caloric defecit since it burns fat not just water weight from your glycogen reserves and muscle if you arent consuming enough protein.
