chest cable flys
pec deck
incline chest press machine

what should I include and exclude? since you need 3 exercises for chest at best

Don't do any flat variations they're all bullshit and do as many sets of incline db press as possible like 6 is perfect

You need that rep range to progress since its a compound exercise and the main goal is just putting on strength while the incline is more so for size
