im turning 17 in 3months i dont think my growth plates are closed
i grew like 3cm in the last 4-5months but i feel like its getting less and less

can someone tell me what supps to get which could help me max my growth
or any exercise and such things

I read somewhere here that igf-1 in junkfood helps you grow more. And my brother that ate a ton of junk ended up taller than my other brother
