Help me reduce my E2 levels (not crash it)

ok so i got my "quarantine" hormone profile results back and my T levels at about 900 ng/dl. They usually go between 850-1200 range depending on lifestyle. The problem tho is with the Estradiol, whihc is about 50.1 pg/dl (specified reference range is between 7.63 - 42.6). Now this is not abnormal since its between the 4%-6% margin of total test, but its still fuckin up my libido to an extent and bloating me from the abdomen down. I used to be horny 24/7, now am only horny during mornings and late nights. last time a girl had to grind on me for a good 15 min so i can only smash with a semi

theory is the fin spiked up my test levels which aromatized and my endocrine system is p sensitive and used only to high t/low e state

those are the options that i have based on what i know but please feel free to chime in cause thats why i made this thread and my doc is a bitch.

1. fin spiked E2, might take an AI to reduce the E2

issue is that I have zero experience with AIs, so idk whether to go with novadex, arimadex, letrozole etc. does it accumulate in the blood or can micro-dosing it reduce E2 marginally???

2. fin spiked my SHBG, might take provirin or danazol to decrease SHBG AND E2

I know both will def boost libido regardless but does anyone know what affects do they have on dht. basically, will they fuck up my hair

3. dht gel rubbed on the penor

issue is idk if it goes systemic and whether it will be broked down before reaching the scalp, any experience with that???

4. ditch the fin and get RU

might die or might lose hair. last resort tbh

Same here, i think only 3.5 mg of fin 3 weeks ago did this.

Any supplements to reduce E2?
