200 euro budget on amazon only, getting volufiline because of eyebags, need product suggestions to fix the following:

> Thicker brows / lashes
> Less eyebags
> Brighter skin (pimples/acne isnt a problem)
> Grow hair faster (hair on head, i buzzed my fucking head like an idiot while drunk)

so far I have volufiline in my cart (11ml / 41.5 EURO)

but minoxidil on hair? i heard your hair can start to rely on mino to grow, making my hair grow less long-term

is this true?

You are only using it for little time so don't worry about it

You can use rosemary or castor oil, it won't have the same level of effectiveness tho:feelswat:

Yeah you can use both just make sure there are no chemicals and they're both 100% pure
