What could be the cause of such bad fat distribution in my face my left face side looks fat even tho I’m lean my right side is definitely leaner

No bro I have other pics where the sun is not even there and my left side is bigger and my left eye is more bulgy then the other as well as more face fat on one use idk what that is

You could try high frequency reverberation. I used this to develop hollow cheeks. The key is to lightly tap your cheeks in the area that you want to remove fat from while humming.
