Depends on your goals, if your asking this question you probably dont know enough about it yet and so do most ppl at this age. Get more knowledge about it and keep in mind you ll have to take it forever afterwards if you want to keep your progress

you can do post therapy to maybe produce test again but your not keeping the muscles. when you dont pin for 10 days you got no testosterone as you dont pin or produce it yourself so you will feel really weak and bad
