Help me with my skin

How can i maxx my skin?? I don’t use anything except cleanser. I use castor oil for brows and lashes. I have hole hole things on skin which isn’t visible from far but from near it noticeable. I am trying to get on tret 0.025 but i heard it destroy skin in long term. Btw i am 17

I think you should get some coconut oil and rub it in your skin and hair everyday just make sure not to use too much and wash it off

Tretinoin does not destroy your skin. It has decades of research behind it. Practically all dermatologists prescribe it. The ‘toxic’ meme is just inferring things from research on ORAL vit a. Extreme use of Tret could be toxic, but at the levels we use it’s fine.

Retinoids and retinols, as vitamin A derivatives improve skin on literally every single person who uses them. The strength is the issue, not everyone's skin can tolerate 0.05% (or super high concentrations like 0,1%).

For those people, 0,025% or 0,010% exists, or milder forms like granactive retinoids.

If you get skin irritation on a higher concentration, drop to a lower one.
There isn't a single person alive who doesn't benefit from using retinoids or retinols.
