i have had many problems to sleep in the past week, i stop using my phone at least an hour before going to sleep, i stretch, i meditate and all but when i go to sleep i just cant sleep, no matter how much i try. I got to sleep at 9pm at most, i spend the whole night just trying to fall asleep but i cant, i check my watch and its fucking 4am, this shit is so frustrating
then the next day i dont even feel tired or anything. i think that i sleep 2hrs every night (at most)
has anyone here had similar issues? can someine help me?
