I consulted several surgeons working with Giants (like Pagnoni etc.) He says I need bimax whereas some other surgeons says they are unsure. Pagnoni seems to know a lot yet I am not sure if these surgeons will ever help me to save myself from subhumanity. I look like a boneless mashed potato with a flat face even flatter than flatiron building in nyc in addition to ww1 veteran level saggy skin.

When I show them morphs I did they are all uninterested and says I have to look like me...I mean I don't want to look like me I am an abomination why would I wanna stay like me lol?

You have unrealistic expectations for surgery, and they are refusing because of that. That actually means they are good surgeons.

If this is the type of morph you showed them, don't be surprised to be rejected

U can’t realistically change yourself even if you get lefort2/3 only be changing what should have been in the first place
The more radical you go the more you have to compromise with aesthetics.
