Dude, you can't increase height by doing it (if u have normal hgh levels), since it only accelerate your growing phase, thus, not making you taller since genetics plays almost all the roles. Don't use any shit yet bruh, dont listen to anyone who promotes muh height growth methods, stay safe

But i've heard that you can delay the growing phase by not consuming certains nutrients and shit, but i don't really believe into it, u can search it if ur interested since i think it's the only possible way to delay the growing phase.

thats the problem, i feel like my hgh levels arent "normal" since i havent grown a significant amount in a year only like 3 cm so i was thinking to try and hit my genetic max with hgh and ai? cause i'd just regret not pinning when im older and still the same height. Ive still got all the characteristics from when i was 14 - 14,5 years old. while everyone around me is growing every month
