i didnt eat from like 6am to 4 or 5pm everyday for almost a year (mainly because of school bc i didnt bring luch and i ate at home) this was last year when i was 14.
im 15 now and i am 1.74cm tall, did this regular fasting stun my growth? (i have grown only like 1 or 2 cm since last year)

i am not poor or anything but i just wont be able to convince my parents of doing that, ill try getting a normal lunch for everyday tho
