I have realized that the only thing blackpill will lead to is ending it i feel it every day every hour i wanna do it but i still cant cause i have people to live for i cant just coward out, i have lost interest in everything cause of it, and the realization that there is no "ascension" even if i somehow manage to find a ltb-mtb girl she will end up leaving me, i will never experience true love so i need you to suggest me some ways i can forget about it or perhaps just distract myself on a daily basis whatever copes you can think of that are actually effective
