Currently around 15-18% body fat and wanna go down to 10 or possible single digit
I’m 16, 135-140 with a high metabolism
I’m also bloated in the face and wanna lose face fat, I do track and soccer
 
who gaf about body fat at 16. you are supposed to grow and develop not sacrifice development to temporary leaness and beauty. rn you can't cut without restricting calories/using PEDs

you could theoretically eat a carnivore diet. Doing that would make you lean without sacrificing development. I'm on that diet rn and its pretty hard so I'm not sure if that's something I would be interested in.

w retard diet doesnt matter caloric intake matters. i can eat 100% carbs 0 fat and protein and lose weight if kcal is low and can eat kgs of meat and gain bodyfat. not rocket science nigga
 
Just like the first guy said, until your like 18-21 body fat doesn't matter, you cannot sacrifice these important years of development for short-term impact. One of my friends went on a harsh cut for over 4 months (he was 16-17), he regrets it so much, not only did he look like an alien but he feels the fact he lost on detrimental long term gains.

yeah but try convince them to purchase organic whole foods.
You should try get 2.2g of protein per kg of weight.
Drink 2-3L of water everyday. The basics you probably know.

yea no shit u can lose weight by eating less, doesn't mean you're healthy. If you are a self proclaimed looksmaxxer and think that being healthy has nothing to do with looks, then you are low IQ. Health is by far the most important softmax. Theoretically, if you ate exclusively carbs, and just ate less food in general, then you would 100 percent lose weight. Just because you lost weight does not mean you would be optimally healthy.

Calories don't equal Carbs bhai. His body would be running off of fat, which the carnivore diet provides plenty of. He would NOT sacrifice development on a carnivore diet.
