He doesn’t need bimax. Bimax would make it worse. His lower maxilla and mandible is projected enough. He needs infraorbital peek implants if he wants to go down that route.

@DefSomeone I would suggest saving up for that and meanwhile just working around your flaws (become fully lean and softmaxxed). You aren’t bad looking
