did you eat lots of sweets before? sometimes I get intense cravings for sweet goyslop, like lately for caramelised popcorn, and if I eat too much I'll have this too
but I tested myself and got all okay so I know I don't have diabetes. but if you didn't overdose on sweets day before and still have it then you should get tested (or if you eat such shit every day, then too)
