HELP:need advice on AI

Letrozole is the only ai i think I can afford,but heard it causes some emotional issues , and has rebound effect. What should I do?

If you want to take it you need to also take hgh and use both daily for years, all to see an average a 5cm increase in height - in the study im quoting this was also done on short stature males so it may not be the same for non deficient people
