So this guy on TikTok @Levio108 claims his own method ( Aero ) changes your bone structure after applying Preasure on some certain Spots on your Upper mouth, he is telling that you should apply presure to your hollowest points but I don’t know where this is, can someone tell it to me ?
Herr are some pictures and can you tell where I should apply preasure?

Solution
quadruplejaw
Thumbpulling can only fuck your teeth up, its not enough pressure over long periods of time to actually widen your palette.

Solution: Get a palette expander
Wolff's law states that bone adapts its structure and mass in response to the external mechanical stress.

Thumbpulling doesn't work, because the force is not bone borne; unlike the force that muscle contraction applies on the bones. So it's a waste of your time

Make sure to mark this post as solution, it's the check mark on my right

It’s applying presure to it with your tongue, not the fingers

Yes but you apply presure on your Upper palate with your tongue and this for a Long time 24/7 so far I know so if I apply presure to Right Spots 24/7 with my tongue it will still be cope ?

Palette expander just works, mewing would take longer or not work at all depending on your age.

If you want actual results get an expander.

Mewing is just proper tounge posture, you should do that no matter what.

Don’t expect miracles just by holding your tounge properly, but yes proper tounge posture helps your development.

Don't do this, my bro. Whole thing has been refuted
brah, i already did this. and it has shown its wellness. in a study even a 70yo could split the suture with 86N. what makes you think your thumbs cant?

Which one should I Mark as Solution
My post explained why what u were doing was wrong, but the other post gave u the method to increase palate width. Give the other guy solution

The force should be sustained. Mse and marpe makes sure it does, but thumbs can't. Plus, you can't be sure that you're actually applying force on the bone and not the connective tissue

genuine question, by that logic would masseter contraction at a high enough force, practiced consistently, have any effect on the developement of the mandible in your opinion?

the force of MARPE is not sustained; marpe expands to a certain width then holds
the connective tissue claim is wrong; its too thin to absorb enough force

if anything itll cause:
1. mandibular downgrowth
2. bigger antegonial notch
3. loss of zygomatic projection

Masseter contraction can absolutely influence the mandible development, but mostly during growth. It isn't sustained tho, so still less effective than expanders

thats what i was thinking, due to the direction of the muscle fibers right?

Yk how I can fix my gonial angle During growing

It's not continous expansion, but it keeps midpalatal suture under constant tensile strain

the connective tissue claim is wrong; its too thin to absorb enough force
It's not just thick, it's also highly vascular and full of fibroblasts that can transmit stress

whats your thoughts on whether exogenous hormones can affect bone development, during and outside puberty?

Yk how I can fix my gonial angle During growing
High gonial angle is usually the result of either lacking in maxillary superior development or lacking mandible development. If the issue is mandible, appliances like herbst or twin block can help. If it's maxilla, then it can't really be fixed only through orthodontics

Both test and growth hormone can definitely increase bone remodeling rate. But for active bone growth, it's required to use substances such as teriparatide and denosumab which directly boost osteoblast activity
