what causes lips to become fat anyone who can help me my lips are currently fat and they are totally f*ucking up my look and which cream can I use on my face to not be dry and I want a lightning cream too.

It can be caused by allergies, nonallergic drug reactions, or hereditary conditions. It can also be caused by nutritional deficiencies. So check out what may be causing such a thing. For a less dry face use items such as petroleum jelly and moisturizing oils. I don't know much about lighting creams though. Sorry but I hope this helps and is a good solution.
