Where I live carts are very rare because barely anyone sells them and they get sold out almost immediately when someone does.
The issue is, I don't really know shit about carts (parts etc). From my understanding carts are this cartridge you put in vapes made for weed extracts or something like that.
What kinds of carts/resins/vapes are there out there?

Just get them in bulk and sell them by piece not that hard. there are carts which are replaceable and pens which are one use.
