Help side profile?

People say I have lousy bone structure and i can kinda see it atp but I want to know if there’s anything to help with my side profile Ik my face fat doesn’t help that much and my under eyes are absolutely shit and i’m trying to fix that. What else should be my focus points?

not for sure i’m 5’11 and 164 pounds, i’m tryna get my bf% when i get the chance to go that’s if i can get off work

Just keep getting leaner your bones arent that bad imo theyre just hidden by fat, it looks like you have a wide square facial structure which really benefits from getting lean

yea i have wide skull people are always telling me that its bad to have and everything. and im trying to get as lean as i can and start working out more after i get off work even tho i easily get 20k steps a day at work. This is my front profile
