I'm fairly new to skincare and have fucked up skin (big blackheads on my T-zone), moderate acne and generally oily skin. A big part of this is obviously caused by my oily skin (it's not very oily, in fact it never really feels oily but i have all of the skin flaws that occur with oily skin) but something that definitely plays a part is my shitty eating habit, i'm skinny but all i eat is chips, drink soda and eat fast food so obviously i'll stop that too as im going on a raw plant & meat diet.

I recently got these products and formed a skincare routine;

AM Routine:
CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser
Milk Toner
Gel Moisturizer
SPF50 Sunscreen
Lip Balm

PM Routine:
Balm Cleanser (To remove sunscreen)
CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser
Mask Scrub (Tuesday & Saturday)
Milk Toner
1% Retinol (Every 2nd night, starting with retinol and gonna get tretinoin prescription soon)
Gel Moisturizer
Lip Balm
Castor oil for brows & lashes

For my blackheads, I'm about to order 2% Salicylic Acid from The Ordinary. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

skincare is not about how many things you can use, its about how little you can use. cleaning balms arent necessary for sun cream unless your sun cream is water resistant. toners are unnecessary. physical exfoliants are a no no. just keep it basic, use a cleanser, sun cream, a moisturiser, retinol, and an exfoliant like SA (plenty of these are available in the form of several in one). you can use niacinamide and whatever if you want to, but thats the general idea

I wonder how do you maintain so many products. I normally use a cleanser, spf 50+ and moisturiser from la roche posay and a tret, aa from skinorac that's it
