Its only in my right ear, its my fault because i pulled too hard.
I dont even know why i did this because my maxxila isnt even reccessed.
I think if i wait a few days it will come back.

alright, definitely take care of it. You should relax and massage your jaw muscles. You could have damaged your TMJ so it's important you relax those muscles.

thats why recessed people feel their fingers when they open their bite and put their fingers in the ear
