It has to have basics like on-screen projection, ability to listen music/have speakers and maybe a camera.
Double points for easy to customize ones and ones that allow easy open source code to be implemented.
Budget is €500+ though i wouldnt want to spend that much on just a pair of glasses. €200 would be nice if there's a pair for that price fitting.

only rectangle ones like this rayban, no round goofy shit. Normal or sunglasses both are fine.

I remember reading about these glasses on NY Post

It's completely open source iirc. It advertised as such

Mentra Live is open-source smart glasses with a full SDK, camera, audio, and AI. Build and deploy custom apps for field work, inspections, remote support, and any hands-free workflow.

but most likely not as polished as say Meta

also @Jason Voorhees
also, do you think i can put open source code in raybans? as in "jailbreak" them?
i'm looking mostly for something that i can load up with my own software instead of factory settings software,
not even much need for camera.
whats the best one for that?

I don't know but most likely not possible. Jail breaking devices these days is a lot more complicated than it I used to be because you can't install bootloaders, the one I sent is the only one that comes to mind since you want open source. I also wouldn't recommend tinkering with consumer end embedded hardware like this. You can permanently brick your device if you don't exactly know what you are doing. Like I heard about many Meta glasses user permanently bricked their device trying to disable the recording LED light
