HELP What is needed to build a small weed business? theoretically????

I already know the basic materials, the planting process, and packaging and more stuf that not going talk dont want this removed. Theoretically, I just need to know where to sell and how to make the process functional. I plan to sell to immigrants and friends, since they are the ones who report the least. Theoretically, can you help me? I'm not going to do any of this.
