HELP WHAT JAW PROCEDURE SHOULD I GET

0 recession, i’m not posting my pictures but i have no recession so don’t comment some shit about don’t get implants if ur recessed because i’m not

my jaw is decent but is a bit narrow, i want a wider jaw and to fix symmetry but not but idk what i should get,

my symmetry issue - ramus slightly longer on one side and the mandible is therefore facing a less flat angle on one side

i could maybe get:

fillers

wraparound jaw implant

maybe just an implant on the worse side to make it symmetrical to the other (like a thin piece of silicone across the back of mandible) and maybe then also a ramus widening implant for jaw width

something else?

please help what is best option

please don’t say chewing i’ve already chewmaxxed to the point where my masseters look good, if they get bigger they start rounding off and looking shit

If im not mistaken chin wing add jaw width but i could be wrong.

DONT get fillers, they migrate and you'll end up looking like a bloated pile of shit.

there no underlying issue with my bite or anything it is just the bone isn’t wide as i want and it has a slight asymmetry where the mandible has grown lower on one side

You jaw is GREAT on the pic and give you nice hollow. Focus on something else but you should have no problem to slay.

With your current bone structure, a fade would suit you really well, accentuate your jaw further and make you look more masculine.
