help with accutane dose

I have like 0 acne, nor have i had any yet. not even a pimple. a few spots here and there but i highly doubt its anything that needs accutane.

but I want to get on it for the nose slimming benefits, heard it can reduce size by up to 40%. and my nose is kinda fat and oily.

Using Accutane only to slim your nose is not worth the systemic risk, especially if you're in development. Shrinkage is subtle anyway

you can try topical 0.05-0.1 (99% less harm)

alot of older studies say it stunts growth but new data suggests it has no negative impact on height for the most part, just use a lower dose and u should be good
