I had really bad hormonal acne at the start of puberty, and after two cycles of Accutane, I completely nuked all the acne on my face. The thing that’s nerfing me now is the scars it left behind. I got co2 treatment that was supposed to get rid of them, but it didn’t. how can i get rid of the scars

Depends what type of scar it is. Retinoids and AHAs/BHAs/PHA can help quite a lot over time, but the thing is they won't get rid of them atrophic scars. Microneedling can help but won't help much on really deep icepick scars. TCA CROSS would work. So would subcision.

Also, if your CO2 treatment was a single ablative pass or a low density, it wouldn't have reached the right depth or fractionation. Laser specialists should know whether to use fractional or fully ablative CO2 treatment, it's odd you claim it didn't work. There are other laser treatments too like Fraxel SR which essentially thermals small micro-injuries without nuking the entire epidermis. There's also Erbium YAG. You can actually stack these over months too.

You should speak to a derm specialised in lasers about this. They'll be able to tell you precisely the plan. There are countless options for it.

i mean to be fair the co2 treatment did work and got rid of a good portion of scars and faded them, but still the deeper ones and little crater looking scars are still there

Takes a few sessions for both versions of it. Even if you completed it, they can go to a more abrasive one. You have plenty options, don't worry about it. Go speak to a derm and ask about any possible laser treatment, you can mention the ones I told you about too. They're the experts, I can only tell you what I think.
