Help with ancilliaries

I'm doing 10 iu hgh, 50 mg proviron, 0.5 mg arimidex, 1 mg reta weekly and a bunch of other shit like dihexa adderall minoxidil and accutane. im boutta start 50 mg test p every day and i needed help about ancilliaries.

I was thinking like telmisartan and eplerenone and maybe cerebrolysin, though cerebrolysin isnt really an ancilliary, along with tudca.
