Idk if i’m tripping but one of my massters is higher and my face is asymmetrical. can someone lmk if i could fix this or if i need surgery. yes ik my lips chapped. any advice appreciated

You can check if your teeth are crooked and you got an X-bite, if you got one just get braces, if not just try to chew only on the lower side to fix it
