help with bulbous nose tip

can filler or anything save my bulbous nose tip i need like a temporary good hard maxx till u get a rhinoplasty like in my 20s im already on accutane and using hydrocortisone and i’ve already injected lipolab into my nose fat pads and it’s just all barely doing anything i just want a like a sharp nose tip looks good from the side but from front it looks so fucking ass only in the mirror it okayy from a far

2) Just so you aware, there is little fat in your nose esp at your body fat level, its mostly various fiberious soft tissues

3) You are fully retarded for injecting your nose, this isn't a game. You can 100% melt your cartilage, nuke your skin to the point it dies, or worst case go blind. Stop fucking doing it unless you want to end up in an er with a life long falio.
