i looked into it a lil bit more, try these things

- drink a TON of water. doesnt matter if you feel sick
- do a ton of cardio to try and sweat
- i heard taking a massive creatine and vitamin b dosage also helps

and dont pin for a while aswell, these will imrpove your chances
