Help with Eyebrows (Minxodil + Tretinoin)

This is my eye area currently.

I tried every oil to grow my eyebrows, nothing worked.

I started using topical monoxdil almost 3 months ago and still haven't seen any results.

I also tried pairing it with Tretinoin.
But Tretinoin irritated my brow skin like crazy.

Current questions:
-should I start using minxodil two times a day?
-Should I dye my brows(they have very less hairs it will dye the skin underneath it).

(also yes I am kinda jutting please don't mention)
Any tips aside from it would also be really helpful.
