I have a 10% hydrogen peroxide liquid. How do I affectively apply it to my teeth without damaging my gums. Do I swish, apply with a cotton swab or other. And should i mix it with water to get it less concentrated to prevent damage.

10% is not really that great, since it's not gel dip a cotton swab in it and rub each teeth with it I don't think its really gonna hurt your gums

Okay thanks. Do you think brushing your teeth with it, can do the job better but is still safe?

Please please please don’t use the cotton swab, even if it lightly hits your gums it will damage them or make them sensitive. Instead, buy moldable teeth whitening trays they look like mouthguards but mold to your teeth, and apply some hydrogen peroxide into each tooth like indent in the mouthpiece and then apply the mouthpiece for 30 minutes once daily for 2 weeks.
