How should one go about a low gonial angle / downward growth? Is there anyway to help combat this issue or is it over for me.

jaw is 99.99% genetics, don't starve, sleep well and wait until puberty is finished, then get surgery if you're fucked and stop coping
 
A realistic approach would be Fillers in the Ramus and Mandible, this is easily achievable for anyone tbh.
