I'm taking 0.625 mg EOD but I asked grok it said the e2 will get too low and will stop bone growth in my midface told me to lower the dose aa to still build bone on midface what should I do help me out

That is way too high. From what I've read 2.5mg inhibits 99% of aromatase enzymes. Some people on any dose of AI also get neurotoxic effects so its not worth it.
