so no matter how lean i get and how much i debloat, i still have extra skin under my jaw, sort of giving me a small double chin look and around my ramus area, it hides my good features and makes my side profile not as predominant as it can be. if you know what can help plz tell me, i need help.

Go to a wall position yourself with you entire body straight into the wall then proceed to stretch your neck as high upwards as you can and back down. Also do chin tucks and do a variation of neck curls that involves the same movement is i mentioned at the start of the thread
