Help with my seborrheic dermatitis

Been to some dermatologist and she told i have dermatitis on my scalp and thats 1 reason why i have hair loss. She recommended me nizoral which i was already using, some other shampoo thats supposed to eliminate the plaque off my scalp, minox, and a hair mask which idk what it do. Keep in mind im like nw 2 with thin hair not really nw3 (maybe im just coping) and my brother still has thinning temples but his hair is pretty dense(hes low t so idk if it matters).

Any recommendations yall got for my cause. Im kinda thinking of ditching the minox and hair mask for now

Also she was larping about some in-clinic treatment voodoo vampire treatment with my plasma and cow protein thats 250 euros a session prob some jew upsell.

Stick with Nizoral; add zinc pyrithione or selenium sulfide shampoo for flakes. Minox aids regrowth also

for PRP there are mixed proofs of it working I'm pretty sure, too costly
