[ HELP ] wtf just hapenned ?

Hi guys i got up this morning went running i came back i went back to bed

I doze, and the ultra bizzare thing I see myself in my bathroom

I look at myself in the mirror but in fact it is not me and there

I start to faint but at slowing down, I hear a huge greasing and I make a more distinction between reality and that

I say to myself "what the fuck what the hell I'm not going to die in my bathroom like that"

and there I wake up in my bed as if nothing had happened

Except that its continued,

Also I had a VERY bizzare feeling all over my body wtf just hapenned
