Currently a 13 year old teen..I weigh 47 kilos/103 lbs and I'm 170 cm/5'7...How many calories should i eat per day to maintain my weight if i'm exercising for around 40-45 minutes per day for 6 days a week and I walk 12,500 steps everyday? Idk if i should bulk or not because i'm not sure if i'm skinny-fat or just skinny
