I have gotten a glow up in last 7 months and I did and still do a lot of things for my looks, btw I js turned 14 and I wanted to know if everything I use is working and if someone could give me more tips
So rn I do things like gua sha, face rollers, low sodium, only natural sugar, cold showers, zygo pulling, mewing, increasing testosterone and HGH levels, high potassium and protein intake, I'm trying to eat fruits and vegetables, I sleep 8-9 hours a day, I exercises, I try not to have stress, no fap, all cotton cloth (really important cuz polyester is really bad for you), also I'm trying to build muscle and I'll get some vitamins soon like D3, K2, potassium pills and I'll get braces to fix my overbite, chin tucks and thumb pulling is helping too, I only chew with premolars, high collagen intake, side kisses 5mins a day, smiling nonstop for 20mins and full body stretching every morning, I also do thumb pulling (mainly lateral pulling and forward pulling). AND I KNOW THAT I'M GREYCEL and one the photos lightning and angles matter so I'm asking you for help I know not a lot of things

Stop vegetables. Read the botb thread on antinutrients
