its a nuanced the outcome case by case is different. show use what oyu and your palate look like and then we can tell you

It can take couple years, there is ways to prevent recession after extraction google it:

“GBR, block graft, ridge-split, connective tissue graft, free gingival graft, AlloDerm, Mucograft, ridge contour graft, ovate pontic, simultaneous implant grafting”

MSE -> braces (align teeth and roots) -> implants

Which is sort of the long way, they should done MSE in the first place and then braces to fix any gaps and not remove any teeth.
They do whats easier and makes them more money.

MARPE is if your sutures are fused, they would check before hand. (Rep me)

Pretty sure that’s how it go for your case.
A lot of orthos disagree with orthotropics, there is just a high chance ur ortho doesn’t actually work with orthotropics much or something along those lines.

My ortho also told me that it will not change my face at all guess she was lying is there any way I can be compensated for that?
