Now I make a lot of jokes about not liking the mods but at the end of the day they are unpaid volunteers so I'm never truly mad.

However I made a whole thread calling her out and he didn't seem to care at all. I also asked to get his pictures and he even told me the user who had them.

Now if I had to guess: Her has probably been attacked so much that he has dissociated from his emotions. In fact it's possible that his emotions have been suppressed entirely.

So then how can her unsuppress these emotions?
  • Check in. Ask yourself how you feel right now. If you have a hard time speaking your emotions at first, trying using words or colors in a journal or piece of art. You can even find a song that matches your mood.
  • Use “I” statements. Practice expressing your feelings with phrases like “I feel confused. I feel nervous. I feel terrified.”
  • Focus on the positive. It might seem easier to name and embrace positive emotions at first, and that’s OK. The goal is to get more comfortable with all of your emotions, and small steps help.
  • Let go of judgement. No matter what emotion you’re feeling, avoid judging yourself or telling yourself you shouldn’t feel a certain way. Instead, try finding a reason for the feeling: “I feel nervous because I’m about to have my yearly performance review.”
  • Make it a habit. Practice naming and sharing your emotions with the people you feel closest to. Encourage them to share their feelings, too.

good, keep progressing, how much are u training rn? Do u lift, do cardio etc
I walk 5-6 miles 5 times a week and lift 10 kilo weights 3-4 times a week. Of course weight loss is mainly diet so I am just eating less and drinking lots of water

very good but how do u lift those 10kg weights? u mean dumbless? what exercises are u doing?

Sometimes I wear them in a rucksack when walking
They’re dumbells I just do bicep and tricep lifts and squats

in future try legit gym, but for weightloss its ok. Be aware that u can get lose skin too

I will try a gym. Everything is closed until July anyways and even then weights will be banned in gyms

loose skin is ok tbh it’s better than being fat any day tbh

To stop infections only cardio machines will be used in gyms and even then you have to book slots and show evidence you don’t have corona
Free weights and machines apparently spread infection

If they only let vaccinated people to gyms then why ban weights?

I will eventually yes but for under 30s it’s less common to take it
