what can i do to fit my smile and the way my lips look when teeth are together. will thumbpulling actually work? or would a 3 way expander or something else be needed. possibly veneers after expansion? i know there’s a lot more to work on but want to get it done first. also i look way better in. pics when my teeth are abt 1 cm apart with my tounge in the middle pushing lips slightly out, how do i make it so there’s no need to fraud

Braces, expanders, etc

I have a similar problem. The issue is likely not the size of the teeth themselves rather your maxilla is recessed. Braces would make this problem noticeably worse (they did for me) as they are RETRACTIVE orthodontics. You want something that will push your maxilla forward more. You look young- your best bet will be MSE or some type of expansion that prioritizes forward growth (though be careful you don't want to take things too far like JawHacks and get monkey mouth). If you think you need to straighten your teeth then Invisalign is a far better alternative to braces. Aside from that practice good oral and body posture and eat a diet that promotes test and dht. Wait until you are like 19/20 then get surgery if it is still a problem (which you most likely will need if you want a truly aesthetic bite, smile, and lips).
