I had this shit once my jaw got fuckign stuck in the middle of the fucking night I couldn't even open or close my mouth it was fully stuck

I had mine installed a month ago, it’s very hard to eat at first, and the inside of your mouth gets all cut up from it, haven’t seen any changes yet obviously. Im not sure if it will make my side profile significantly better, I started chewing a lot recently to see if it will encourage more growth, alongside hormone optimization. I'll update in a few months

it'll cause your maxilla and midface to be recessed by blocking maxillary growth. high chance of asymmetry. won't fully fix the mandible. do surgery instead
