Here is how I growth maxx after puberty in mid twenties

After waking, I eat 3 raw eggs, I go do microfracturing by jumping upwards 5 sets to failure, I stretch the torso and arms with dead hang on a bar for 3 sets to failure, I eat 500 grams of raw red meat (pork), and then throughout the day I hydrate with over 1 liter of raw milk in the form of clabber.

Red meat has minerals. Raw milk contains a lot of calcium, growth hormones, vitamin A, D, K2 needed for growth, and a lot of minerals.

I have only 1 problem now. After microfracturing I have to go and do my warehouse job standing and hunching forward for over 12 hours, everyday. I am uncertain if this problem of downward pressure will stop all my progress. I do not think I am capable of microfracturing after work shift.

I also wear shoes with 1.5 inch bottom, this helps the height perception a lot when it comes to eye areas and how taller I am around heads of girls, very good item.

Why would microfracturing not work? This is how leg lengthening surgery works, you make microfractures, but instead of jumps, with a hammer, and then you eat nourishing food to create bone tissue. In case of jumps, you also get the bonus of growth of cartilage tissue, which, after growing enough, mineralizes into bone tissue.

That's what leg lengthening surgeons do. Their 'don't stand up' is actually lay down as a patient, for months, right in there, while the educated manlet works from his laptop, avoiding standing for months.

Pork is absolutely red meat. Did you ever compare white meat of chicken with pork? Nutrition of pork vs chicken is different.

Pork costs 2 times more than chicken. Beef costs 2 times more than pork. Deer / wild meats cost 2 times more than beef.

If I am slaving on such a slave job, I better save that money to self improve, instead of wasting it on some meat that I cannot even taste (from being on a raw diet) anyway, while it's a very similar red meat anyway.

yeah meat is expensive
but just google it, pork is not red meat
and pigs are much more filthy than beef or other herbivores
they carry a lot more (bad) bacteries and parasites
please reconsider eating raw pork

then lengthning your leg with a device so that the bone is rebuilt longer
assuming jumps cause fractures significant enough to make you taller, by working, standing up for 12hrs, and carrying weight you are compressing your legs and making you the same height or even shorter.

Yes. I think it is necessary to do jumps after work shift, even if it will take way longer (2 times longer), and pretty painful. And, I can do jumps after waking during home days (I work 1:1, and sometimes 2:1).
