After waking, I eat 3 raw eggs, I go do microfracturing by jumping upwards 5 sets to failure, I stretch the torso and arms with dead hang on a bar for 3 sets to failure, I eat 500 grams of raw red meat (pork), and then throughout the day I hydrate with over 1 liter of raw milk in the form of clabber.
Red meat has minerals. Raw milk contains a lot of calcium, growth hormones, vitamin A, D, K2 needed for growth, and a lot of minerals.
I have only 1 problem now. After microfracturing I have to go and do my warehouse job standing and hunching forward for over 12 hours, everyday. I am uncertain if this problem of downward pressure will stop all my progress. I do not think I am capable of microfracturing after work shift.
I also wear shoes with 1.5 inch bottom, this helps the height perception a lot when it comes to eye areas and how taller I am around heads of girls, very good item.
