Here is how you find you have face fat/bloating or not

This is how you actually find that your bones are covered with fat or not.
The thing is that we kinda ignore that we have fats on our face because of the lighting.
You can easily determine how worse your facial fat has gotten by this method.
All you need to do is tilt your head down and look in the mirror, then you will see if you got facial fat or not.
When we are upright, fats are usually not seen when you look in the mirror because of the tigtening affect of no gravity.
It is clear from this little experiment that facial fats are far less observed when we got our posture right. It's a reminder that you don't wanna tilt your head down. It could lead to sagging and more pronounced nasolabial folds in the long run

explain more please, when i will tilt my head down what should i see? and how do i know if its bloat or face fat?

basically, gravity pulls your skin down and if there is some bloat, you should see hanging

i tried i like got a mirror and put it under my face , and tilted my head down, and i saw like my cheeks were driven to the bottom like if gravity is bringing them down, is that bloat of fat?
