Yea underbite. Some people have very recessed maxillas that doesn't allow them to breath. You need some amount of facial depth in your mid face for nasal pathways to work properly. This is actually the reason why Bimax was introduced in the first place. Its aesthetic outcome was secondary since a forward grown face also looks attractive.

I'd probably say I was in the 3/10-4/10 range. I was a solid height at 5'10, so being a 3/10 at 5'10 meant I had a near truecel level face. I had to get the surgeries. I had no choice. You cant gymaxx and careermaxx with a truecel face
