wrap tissues around your gum and teeth, then put a mold that suits the side of your mouth and let it pull your palate down. that way it won't affect your gums 🤫

I have this exact same set up, except I do it when doing pushups and with a mouthguard. I try not to do it often since it looks extremely gay and retarded. I also keep the weight light, like 10 lbs.

Feel like it does more for your neck than face though, although my maxilla does feel interesting after like it did get pulled a little, but then it goes back to normal quick.

I can take a pic of my rig but it's legit two 5lbs dumbells wrapped inside a plastic bag with one of my flexible belts wrapped through the middle for balance and then I have a mouthguard, but I'm switching to a jaw splint type thing like a reviv (to keep any potential gains) or a myobrace.

I more focus on nutritional shit since I try to make my teeth strong af like I take xylitol, bunch of calcium + k2 + d3, then use nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste for remineralization.

high IQ. i dont do anything for my teeth, so its my biggest concern.

i use a shirt tied to the weights, i have very soft shirts that i use.

Why does a jaw splint like reviv potentially keep gains?
 
So just got down on something tied to a weight? How much results have you seen?
started 4 weeks ago which isnt enough time. i have to take breaks if my teeth get loose as well
